Paris, the city of fashion, art, history, culture and love, is an exciting place to learn French! With our range of programmes, you will have time to explore the city. While not in the classroom, soak up Paris from the river on a Seine cruise, go and see the Mona Lisa in the Louvre Museum, take a stroll down the famous Champs-Élysées or marvel at the city from the top of the Eiffel Tower.
On the weekend, extend your experience by taking part in a tour of the amazing Loire Valley castles!
Our partner school in Paris has over 30 years of experience. It is registered as a Private Institute of Higher Education and its quality is recognised by the French Ministry of Education Quality FLE label.
The French classes take place in a beautiful, typically Parisian building in the heart of Paris. The school is ideally located, on the Grands Boulevards, in Paris, just a few minutes’ walks from the Louvre museum, the Opéra Garnier, the Georges Pompidou Centre, and the famous Grands Magasins.
All the teachers are qualified in teaching french as a foreign language. They develop and update their teaching material.
Each year, our school welcomes students from 50 nationalities.
Morning lessons are focused on developing the four communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Subjects covered in class include: topical vocabulary and language, study of grammatical structures, pronunciation and listening skills, social skills, cultural awareness, reading, writing skills and conversational French.
Afternoon lessons include:
-“French grammar & writing lessons”: to improve your understanding of French grammar and your writing skills.
-“French Culture and Civilisation lessons”: to introduce you to the French Culture and Civilisation.
-“French Oral Communication lessons”: to focus on specific oral skills and subjects.
Outside of class, there are many different things to do in Paris. Firstly, make sure you go on a tour of the city and admire the impressive architecture of the french capital. You could visit the Arc de Triomphe, stroll down the Champs-Elysée and visit its various shops, or enjoy the sun outside a cozy café. From the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero to Sacre Coeur and The Louvre, you will definitely have enough to do on Paris holidays.
On the weekend, you should definitely go on a day trip to the Palace of Versailles. Not far from Paris, this 17th century baroque castle is among the most beautiful in the world. Wander around the gardens, explore the castle interior, and experience the magic.
You have the choice to stay with a local host family or in a residence accommodation.

Our local host families are vetted and chosen rigorously by our language school partner and located in Paris “intra muros”. Most of them have been hosting for years and they are used to welcoming foreign students. The location of their homes is not further than 30 minutes by public transport from the school.
