Located on the South-East French coast between Nice and Cannes, Antibes is renowned for its elegance, sandy beaches, and fashionable shops. With 300 days of sunshine, this is the perfect place for a teenager to spend a language study holiday.
To meet new demand on the part of participants, our french school has partnered up with a dance school in Antibes to offer a program of “Special dance and fitness classes”. The program is recommended for those who have been taking dance or fitness classes for at least a year.
The Fitness & Dance French summer camp is held on a 9-acre modern campus built on the edge of a large pine forest and it offers fully equipped living quarters in Antibes.
Students will have 20 x 45-minute french lessons, Monday to Friday.
Afternoon & Evenings:
This “French with dance and fitness classes” summer camp includes two hours of dance from Monday to Thursday with your partners from this pop-up dance company and a yoga session on Friday.
On the program every week: Participants will work on a choreography and perform it at a cabaret show on campus on Thursday with a yoga session on Friday evening to relax after a week’s work. Moreover, “dancers” will be included in the general programs on-campus.
Evening activities include beach parties, discos, and cinema… and if the parents wish, permission to be off-campus in the evening.
On the weekend students will join in on an excursion from our traditional program: one full-day excursion to places like Nice or Monaco.
French classes in the morning (Standard course) have no more than 15 students per class. Teachers prioritize a fun environment that is conducive to developing oral skills so everyone can gain confidence.
• 20 lessons of 45 minutes per week
• From Monday to Friday*
• From 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (30 min. breaks)

In line with the levels of Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, teachers bring their students on by creating learning and classroom activities that hold the interest of young learners. Each morning session lasts 3 hours.
Students are taught general French with a focus on learning the essential spoken, written, and grammar competencies for each level. Through active teaching methods developed by the Centre International d’Antibes, and short teaching sequences alternating phases of concentration and interaction, teachers hold the interest of kids and teens and engage them in written and spoken production as well as reading and listening comprehension.

Our leaders with their zest for life, consistent presence, and the sense of security they give teens, are a key factor in the success of the french and sailing summer camp.
Leaders record details of any students entering or leaving the premises and ensure that parental permission is complied with and that everyone gets home, leaving nothing to chance.
